Hey Step In Motion Families,
It’s finally the day we’ve all worked toward, In Its Time. All the efforts of the 2025-2026 dance season have paid off and we’ve made it. Thank you for your commitment and dedication through it all. We have grown so much and are grateful to have you be a part of our dance family.
Today’s Biennale, In Its Time, will be a consecutive program following the story of a caterpillar as it morphs into a butterfly. Along the way it will meet friends and foes. It will be exposed to unexpected elements that will seem to cause struggle, but ultimately build its character. Its determination will ultimately lead to the success of transforming into a more beautiful character than it could have imagined.
When we started this dance season I had no idea that I would simultaneously be living out the story line God had planted in my heart for this show. As many of you know I started the season hospitalized for multiple illnesses. I felt as if God put me in timeout so that He could reorganize our studio structure for sustainability. I was in the cocoon phase of my own story. The healing took almost 4 months. As I healed, I’ve held on to the lessons learned in the cocoon.
I hope you leave inspired by the story you watch unfold. Remember that there is a reason for everything that happens and He works all things for the good of those who love Him.

OUR TEAM
Abby Song
Ms. Abby arrived this dance year with a bang. She is teaching Latin Jazz, Musical Theater, Praise Contemporary, Ballet and Flexibility. She has previously worked as a dancer in Universal Studios and currently still performs on a Hip Hop Team.
Courtney McCleod
Ms. Courtney came to us last dance season and stepped in to save the day. She’s currently teaching Hip Hop and Contemporary. She’s looking forward to continuing to perform in the near future and finishing her studies in Criminal Justice.
Jasmine Delgado
Mrs. Jasmine has been with us for 2 dance seasons. She has taught throughout Michigan and central Florida. Her and her husband welcomed baby Zara through our dance season. She currently teaches Ballet, Tap, Musical Theater and Hip Hop.This year she launched Bounce Baby Boogie, a mommy and me baby wearing follow the leader style class.

Arianda Gonzalez
Ms. Ari is our newest team member. She has a wealth of knowledge in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, and Competitive dance. She’s eager to share new skills and technique with dancers through our Summer Intensives and in the 2026-2027 Dance Season. She joined our team in March of 2026 and sickly stepped into help with classes. We are so thankful for her. Next season she will be teaching Contemporary, Flexibility, Ballet and more.
Roxy Morris
Mrs. Roxy is the owner and creative director of Step In Motion Dance. She started dancing at the age of 3 and was in Spanish Tv from age 9-16. She danced on show such as Sabado Gigante, Quiero Ser Estrella, El Gordo y La Flaca and the Latin Grammy awards. After getting her BA in Fashion Marketing, Merchandising, and Management she got back on the dance floor. This year she's teaching Ballet and Praise Contemporary while directing the team and working behind the scenes.
