Studio Rentals

At Step In Motion Dance we value a community of creatives in our area. Renting our studio for expanding the art world, especially faith based, is a privillage.

Our studio is available to rent for the following:

*Recording Dance Related Content

*Rehearsal Space for Dancers

*Baby Showers

*Birthday Parties

Ballerina Birthday Package

We are so excited that you have chosen to celebrate your dancer with a Ballerina Birthday at Step In Motion Dance. Ballerina Birthdays are usually best for girls turning 4 to 7  years old, however with a few adaptations we can host girls starting at age 3. 

 

Your Package includes:

  • Invite up to 12 children to celebrate, including your Birthday Girl

  • 30 minute Ballet Class by a Step In Motion Teacher

  • 2 6ft Tables

  • 12 Chairs for children to sit

  • You can use lobby seating for adults as well as our large wooden table for food and cake.

  • A smaller round table for presents

  • Free Play Games

  • Ballerina Coloring Sheets (1 per child)

  • 2 hours event total

(45 minutes added for set up time, 30 minutes for tear down time)

Ballerina Birthday Package

What to expect:

 

Tables and chairs seating for 12, the children, will be set up. Please be sure to bring your own table cloths, plates, cups, utensils, and balloons if desired. It is up to each family to send invites with all the information to guests and to pass out to desired guests. The event will only be hosted in our larger room with access to our restroom that has a baby changing table.

 

Ballerina Birthdays are usually held Friday, Saturdays, or Sunday depending on studio availability.

 

Itinerary for Party Day:

 

30 minutes guest arrive/free play time/ coloring

30 minute ballet class

30 minutes children food (to be purchased and brought by hosting family)

30 minutes cake cutting/family photos if desired/present opening

 

Each guest will leave with a Free Dance Class Coupon from Step In Motion Dance.  

 

*Please note if spaces are left dirty there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Studio Availability

We are available for rentals most weekdays before 3pm (except Wednesdays), most Fridays, and most Saturdays after 2pm. We may be available other days or times on request. Studio more flexible for rentals in the summer months and the holiday season. Pricing will vary depending on event, length, time which studio is requested, and more. Terms and Conditions

Studio must be respected and kept clean. We are a faith based studio so it’s important not to play suggestive music or dance in a suggestive  manner in our studio. Failure to do so will result in not being allowed to rent our space again. Items moved during rental period should be placed back in the proper space by the rentee. Payment agreed upon prior to the date of rental is due when space is opened for the intended rental event. 

 

Sorry at this time we currently do not rent space for birthday parties, baby showers, or other personal type events.
